Hi everyone,
I'm having a bit of trouble with my renders. I've made some tweaks to my final console settings, but when I render using either Cycles or Eevee, the reflections from my HDRI aren't showing up—even though they look perfect in the viewport. I've double-checked everything against the tutorial and even done a quick Google search, but I still can't figure out what's wrong.
I'm using Blender 4.2+ and I'm pretty new to all of this, so I suspect it might be something simple I'm overlooking. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
When you say it looks fine in viewport are you in render mode or material preview? Material Preview adds an HDRI by default which you would need to setup in the world shader to get the same results.
Thanks so much for the quick response! I'm in render view, and my world shaders were set up correctly too. It turns out the issue was likely local—after rebooting everything, my HDRI started showing up in both the renders and the render viewport. I suspect the HDRI path info on my system might have been corrupted. I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. I spent over an hour trying to figure it out before I reached out to the CG Cookie community. Thanks again for your help!
