Asset Shelf Navigation

Hi,

In Blender 4.3 Sculpting brushes are now found on the Asset Shelf. I'm trying to figure out the best way to navigate this shelf when there are many assets. When using a Mouse you can scroll up and down with the mousewheel, however with a pen it is more difficult. I also find that the names are usually longer than the brush icon, so you can't read them.

Making the icons larger, will hide most assets, and clutters up the screen. Is there a way to make the shelf vertical? How are you adapting to the new interface?

I setup a custom categories. Categories are at the top of asset shelf. That way I can access the brushes I use most(my custom one) and then I can switch to other category if I need one I don't use that often. For example in your image you have general, paint, and simulation)

I don't have the Names displayed (Display Settings) and only use the Icons. If you hover over an Icon it will 'say' the Name of the Brush and if you wait a bit, also a short description. So even with small Icons, the Name doesn't get cutoff.

Thanks. I'm still in the learning exploration fase, but when I get more into it I think it will become more intuitive.
I found that scrolling works by holding the MMB on the pen and dragging up down. The only problem is when you are at the bottom of the screen, because the pen can't move further down. Then you need to flick the pen up first before scrolling down again. There is a scrollbar on the right side as well, maybe that's easier.
