Hi! I was following along and thought I had finished, but when playing around in pose mode found that the Neck_tweak rapidly spins around when rotating the Head bone about its rest position. Does anyone know why it might be doing this?

It's hard to know from your gif but it is likely to be the parenting or the constraint on the parent bone.
But I think that Neck_tweak should also be at the midpoint on the neck, not that the same location as the head.
I would need to look at your file to diagnose exactly what's up though.
If you can't resolve the issue, feel free to post it as your exercise and I can take a look.

Yeah, Neck_tweak is in the wrong spot. The culprit was its constraint target like you suggested, which I had set to DEF-Head rather than Head. Still not sure how DEF-Head produces that behaviour behind the scenes, but at least it works now.
