texture effect by light

I add this color grid texture and turn off the light for layer and object but the texture still effect by light from the world in all mode why?

    This issue is a tricky one. I finally found the right solution. Select your grease pencil, go to its object properties and disable this setting here. This should override all light settings for all layers and should also not have it effected by your world settings

     I turned it off from the layers and from the object settings.like this

    hmm. What Blender version are you using, and is it possible to take a look at the file?

    I just tested in 4.3. I added a default Suzanne Monkey head and changed nothing, then changed the world color. I saw a subtle shift, then did the above solution and it corrected it in all modes. I've not been able to replicate this issue - perhaps ask the developers and submit a bug report? See if they notice or have any advice?     I'm not sure what problem you're having. The layer isn't being affected by lights. If you're talking about the faded texture(UV Grid) that is because you have a strength of 0.6 and a blend of 0.524. If you set blend to 0 and strength to 1 you get just the texture colors.
