Plays fine for me. I don't know: maybe it depends on where you are watching this?
Some things you can try:
Refresh the page. Try clearing your Browser Cache. Turn your computer off and on again. Maybe use another Browser.
Clearing the cache its what always fixes that. Sometimes I switch to another browser until whatever dark magic my usual browser had goes away.
Some serious dark magic - it works fine in Firefox :) My issue was in Chrome, thank you MMartin and OOmar.
