Shark Sculp CORE course

Hello everybody,


I'm currently trying to do the shark sculp course and I'm on sculp face stage.

I have some weird behavior in blender (like the model lacks of polygons? I don't really know) and it's not behaving like that in the video course, I'm not sure what I've missed. I add some images for context.

My dyntopo parameters :

And how it behaves when I crease :

As you can see, the crease is making huge modifications that it's not suppose to do, as my parameters (as far as I know) are pretty close to the ones Kent has in the course.

Also, it affects the fins, even if I don't touch them. I supposed I had some mirroring setting active, but didn't find any (besides the one who are supposed to be active in sculpting mode).
I'll be grateful if somebody can help me on this, and thank you for your time  😄

    Hi Mathieu,

    That could be, because you have a Constant Detail of 2, which corresponds to an Edge Length of half a Blender Unit...that might be a bit much (with Constant Detail, higher numbers give smaller detail, the detail size is Blender Unit divided by that number).
