Doesn't matter what i do, i can't make the screen reflect the light the same as in the course! :(
Changing material settings doesn't help ever so slightly.

I agree with Martin. What I like to do is turn off everything that emits light in the scene so it's all pitch black. Then I turn them on one by one and I can then actually appreciate their contribution to the scene and from there I can re-calibrate and have less power here, more power there and light things the way I want. Also you don't have to replicate exactly the result in the course, you can have your unique own result and it's perfectly fine, encouraged even.
Thanks for the quick answer! I followed the lesson thoroughly, turned the other light sources off to adjust others

With my setup i could only get a light position that would fully light up the screen, however it was bland too (pic 2)
mid writing breakthrough (at least to me):
god, i've messed up the voronoi texture node while setting the screen material up haha
it's scale was too high!
i had it at 200, for some reason hah, and it borked the light reflection from the surface for some reason.
after fully copying your material node setting i managed to get the best reflection out of them all (pic 3)
still, not as sharp as you had in your example, but it's still a lot better than what i had!
