Cant fill the circle (top right)

Perhaps it is already filled but you have backface culling enabled?

You can either disable Backface culling to see if there's a face there but it's filliped 

Or see if you have flipped normals by enabling Face Orientation. If it's red then it's filliped and you have to recalculate with Shift + N

I think detective Omar is on to something, it looks filled to me but because of the face orientation and back face culling it appears barely visible.

It looks like you have the same issue on a number of faces making up the side of the console.
