Hi,
I couldn't seem to find these two settings. Have these moved in the latest version of Blender.
1. Blend Mode:
My alpha seems to be working anyway, but I was wondering if these settings have moved and if there's a new equivalent?
2. Bloom
This seems to be removed from the latest blender. What's the best substitute?

Ad 1. does this help? 
And ad 2. Bloom is now supposed to be done in the Compositor (just like Cycles). (Filter > Glare Node):
To avoid these kind of issues, it is recommended to use the Blender Version that is used in the Course (until you know Blender well enough that the Versions become 'unimportant').
