Fill issue

Question

Hey! Can someone help me out please I am confused lol

10 minutes into the video, he is connecting the vertices together and pressing fill each time to connect the speaker. Every time I press Fill it does this and doesn’t connect.. am I doing something wrong why does that happen?

Solution

I am not 100% sure but I would have said that it is because the array modifier has not been applied yet or what is the array there for?

Yeah, I agree with Leo; that is probably because of the Array Modifier.

In a picture; the left is what you are looking at, but on the right, is what you have actually Selected:

Apply the Array Modifier and then start Filling.
