I'm sure it does, it's been a feature as long as I can remember. Make sure you press LMB and hold, drag directly down, keep hold of LMB and then slide left or right to change the values.

Usually it can be a bit tricky at the beginning. You click and hold in the same place, then while holding you drag down. You'll get the hang of it.
