A loop cut won't slide when created.

Question

So I was working on my model of a Ukrainian Gerb, tried my best to make right topology but when I pressing ctrl + R the loop cut creates but it won't slide.

Can someone explain it to me, I am not understanding how and why it works like this?

I believe it wont slide because of this junction here:

It's twisting in a way that it overlaps. So in this case you have to click to create the loop and then double tap G to slide it.

Omar is right.

Look at the difference here; the left one can Loop Cut 6 Slide, the right one can only be Cut:

Same here, this Loop Cut can't slide:

All those newly created Vertices can slide along the Edges they Subdivided, except that top one.
