I've opened the course files that I downloaded, and my objects have the simple material connected, but all of the objects are pink - even though the base colour on the shader is white. All I can think of it is something to do with the world HDRI?
It was the World HDRI - it isn't present in the course downloads - once I hooked up one of my own it was back to normal.
Probably not Omar. I'm doing modelling and materials side by side so will be a while before I move on 😁
