This isn't a question, but Bone nesting is already in 4.2. Just drag and drop a bone collection onto another bone collection to nest it under that collection. Note: you need to be more center on the collection name, because to unnest a collection you have to drag it towards the top of the collection name field. It sometimes takes me a couple of time since I'm not very coordinated.
