x-ray not showing up in pie menu 4.2

anyone else having this issue? x-ray doesnt show up as an option , i double checked preferences and and extra shading pie menu items is in fact checked. thx!

    It is there for me. But in any case you can always use ALT + Z to turn it on and off.

    Perhaps you need to re-download Blender? Update some graphics Card Driver?

    I also have the X-Ray Option in the Pie Menu in 4.2.

    You can of course use ALT+Z, but I'd keep my eye open for possible other weird things if I were you...

    ya i must have hit some hotkey by mistake again. im going  to try to reset to default values , i still have 4.0 installed so no big deal

    Solution

    Do you happen to have 3D Viewport Pie Menu addon enabled. If so that would do it. If you want to use the addon but want the default Z pie then expand the addon go down to the shading pie and uncheck it.

    so it was when i reinstalled the add ons , culprit was 3d viewport pie menus which i didnt have before,  i owe thx to this link https://www.reddit.com/r/blender/comments/11058ja/extra_shading_pie_menu_options_in_blender_34/ it wasnt an easy google search , i was actually looking for a way to customize the shader menu. thx everyone
