I encountered a problem in this lesson which I hope someone can help me with:
Right at the beginning of the video, when I try to bake the displacement map, the strangest thing happens. Instead of the map being baked uniformly throughout the UV island, it bakes a separate mini-map on each individual FACE of the hand within the UV island. So, if the hand has 879 faces, imagine each face having their own shades of gray and black with no seamless joining with the other faces around it. I hope I explained this well enough. Thank you!
