A screen shot would be better to explain it to me, my English and the French translation are not great. So much so that I don't understand it at all.

Hi Claire, look under Get Extensions, Addons. If it is not under Installed, look under Available. (Maybe you even need to change the Repositories)You might need to install it.
I can't remember exactly how I did it step by step...I just clicked around a bit and got things working. You will need an Internet Connection to get the Addons (or Themes).
