Multiresolution Level 0 is being used in Rendered image

When I try to render the image, it is defaulting to MultiResolution level 0 instead of 6.  Also the pores and wrinkles are not showing up.

    Figured it out.  The Render icon (Camera Icon) within the Multiresolution modifier was not selected/highlighted.
