Issues attaching mesh to bone

I am having a few problems assign the bones to particular parts of the mesh. Please see video below for a better explanation.

    Here's some things to check Joseph.

    -do those bones have the 'deform' option enabled
    -is the spelling correct (the names must match)
    -I'm also assuming there is an armature modifier on the mesh because the base was deforming.

    So it's like;y to be one of the first 2 things there.

    It looks like the naming...
    For the bones you named Arm and for the groups you named them arm.
    Same with B & b in base.

    Yes are you correct as always double checking the names of group and deleting the lower case ones helped fixed the issue. Thank you this help a lot
