monitor setting

The monitor recommendation in Blender system requirements is 1920*1080, my screen is 2560*1440. My screen brightness, color settings are adjusted according to the environment I am in, naturally lighting, color etc. I adjust it according to the color I see. I thought this would reflect differently on the other side. If this is a problem, what is the solution?

There is no solution to this problem if you ask me. An image will always vary from monitor to monitor, unless everyone in the world sync up and everyone uses exactly the same brand of monitor and the same settings. There are software that will calibrate you monitor for you, but then everyone else will have it different from you nonetheless. So just don't worry, you work how things look on your monitor and hopefully it will look good on other people's monitors.

    Yeah, I agree with Omar.

I even say, that two persons watching the same screen at the same angle and environmental light conditions, will still see different colors.

Even the same person with a different mindset (or having drunk coffee or not), but with all other factors the same, will see colors differently..

Don't worry...If you get a lot of complaints about your Renders, you should probably look into what's causing that, but otherwise...

Yeah there is software that can help dial in contrast and brightness, but as mentioned it is all relative to the viewer.
Adjusting the monitor to your eyes and environment and working to what looks good to you is the right approach.
