Hm, I don't know.
Booleans can be tricky. They are very sensitive to modeling 'mistakes'. Double check the 'cutters' for double Vertices, inconsistent Normals and holes.
I actually find the fact that you had to switch the first port to Fast already a bit suspicious. Try disabling that Boolean and see what happens to the 'second' one.
Or disabling the other three Booleans and only look at the two ports...
If you still can't get it to work, you can post a link to your .blend and we can have a look.
So I disabled all my previous bools, and moved .005 above .004, switched to fast and it worked. I have a port!! But as I was going through, I will also note, for the 5 or so booleans I have active right now, I think 4 of them i needed to switch to fast solver. So we will see if I have problems putting in my last few ports, but fingers crossed I can finish up the ports with no issues and move on to the materials. I've got some pretty cool ideas for the body materials.
I suppose what I learned from all of this is, just disable all the booleans and move them around in the modifier stack and that may or may not solve the problem.
Thanks again everyone! I'm super appreciative of this community and all the help you guys provide!
