The edges of this logo i tried modeling looks rough, how do i make it look neat and real?
I tried the shade smooth the model deforms or changes shape as 2nd picture below
Hi TTamunathor ,
Objects don't deform, when you set them to Shade Smooth!
You most likely have inconsistent Normals.
In Edit Mode Select all (with A) and then use the shortcut SHIFT+N, to re-calculate your Hormals and make them consistent.
You need first to learn the Fundamentals of mesh modeling, it's impossible for us to walk you through the entire process of modeling that shape. If you haven't started it with them, here's a couple of links:

Yeah the model doesn't deform with shade smooth, it smooths the shading based on the direction of the normals. This looks like a classic case of the inconsistent normals as Spikey mentioned.
If you are trying to smooth the sharp edges, you can use a Subdivision Surface Modifier, you will need to add some holding edges to maintain the shape though.
You can do this manually, or you could use a Bevel Modifier above the Subdivision Surface in the modifier stack, adjusting the settings to your liking. But make sure your scale is applied to use meaningful values.
