If I have changed my 'Right Click to Left Click' when I installed my Blender...., will this change or affect the command 'Alt - Left' to turn on the Emulate # Button Mouse?
No, that wont affect those functionalities. The emulate 3 button mouse is the one that messes up the alt key, which is a hassle, it's better to just get a 3 button mouse mouse.
