Texturing done in Substance Painter, Modelling and Render in Blender, the height info as well as some of the height info based textures came out very pixelated, setting the map to 16 bit and 4k res helped a lot, but didn´t fix it entirely...
If anyone knows/uses Substance Painter and could help out, that would be much appreciated!

Never used it before. If the texture you export from Substance, you open it in Photoshop and it looks pixelated, then is a Substance setting issue while exporting. If the texture looks fine in Photoshop when you open it but pixelated in Blender, then it's a Blender issue. I can't tell by your description which is which, could you clarify that?
