Hi everyone, I'm using a German keyboard and didn't have the pie menu function enabled at first (so I had to search for the following explanation - it may be helpful for any German users - you need to activate the script in your preferences first and then follow the shortcuts as indicated here: https://docs.blender.org/manual/de/dev/addons/interface/viewport_pies.html
First, that addon adds a bunch of pie menus and is different from the pie menus that are default in Blender. This is more of a hack. Don't get me wrong some of the pie menus are great.
Second, you can remap the key. I'd recommend the degree key(the one to the left of the 1 on the top row). Since from my understanding the Grave Accent key(usually the last key on the top row) is a dead key and used more for a modifier key. To change the keymap open preferences. 1. click Keymap on left hand side. 2. change to key bind(In the image I switched to German to make it easier for you to read). 3. Type in Grave in the search field. 4. Click on the assign key box then Press the new key you want to assign it too.
If you want to use the alt+Q that the addon uses you can click the key assign area then press alt+q. Side note: The addon does add more options to the view pie menu which some people like.
