Curvature Map

I'm going off an older tutorial.  I am in the Shader Node adding the Geometry node with Pointedness connected to BSDF emission socket.  However, the socket now has been divided into Color and Strength.  I am assuming Color but don't know how much strength to apply.

    Use a Strength of 1.

    You can also, what is more logical, use an Emission Shader with a Strength of 1, or just directly plug the Pointiness into the Surface oF the Material Output Node.

    I ended up going to the Surface of the Material Output Node.  It's the direct thing to do.  Thank you

    Yeah, that's what I usually do...the results are all the same, no matter which way you take.
