Which setting for this viewport effect?

I'm curious... if we leave the material previews and go into Viewport shading mode, we see just portions of the scene, and parts of objects. I tried unhiding things, and looked at a few other usual places but can't quite tell which setting made this happen?

In the 3D Viewport's header to the right of the 4 spheres click the dropdown arrow. Then under color click random.

Thank you! I did know how to change the color random color... but I can't figure out what I did to "clip" portions of the scene... it's like a weird version of the ctrl+B area of interest (I tried clearing that, and it didn't go away). It's also not only what is available to the camera view (the camera view is actually in another direction, and parts of the desk, half of the headphones, and most of the lamp, are gone.

It looks fine in the material preview, though...

    Here's another look:

I don't know what I did, but I usually try and import the separate files into one master file for the course I'm following. Different scenes for different modules/chapters.
When I open the original desk file, the issue is not there, so it's definitely something I did... maybe with the import... not sure.

Not a huge deal, I can still follow along with downloaded file. But if anyone knows what I am missing, I'd love to know how to avoid it in the future.

N-panel->view tab->start and end clip. The camera also has this under data/camera tab of the properties editor. Defaults are 0.01 for start and 1000 for end.

    Hi Nathalia nathitappan ,

You have stumbled upon a really handy feature in Blender; it's called 'Clipping Region" and has the shortcut ALT+B (a toggle). It is very similar to Render Region, but works in the Viewport (not in Material Preview or Rendered View). Makes it easier to model things inside enclosed spaces. If you look carefully, you can see a, slightly lighter, triangle, where the clipping Region is:

It's a Toggle, so just press ALT+B again to get rid of it.
