Some while ago we tried searching for them but to no avail. The thing is, that was not part of the collab, I went into the day version files and made the night version on my own, just having some fun and I thought I had put the files with all the other normal files but nop, they are not there, so no one knows what happened to the night files. Apologies.
We can give it a positive spin and say, people can download the normal day files and try making a night version of their own, have some fun also and get that learning experience. I know I leveled up a bunch trying to get that night scene to work.

I can Manually Relocating assest,
(Cloud assest) can't relocateable ? i think Night cloud and sky file isn't there,
Thats Why Final Render can't having a sky texture.

Apologies, it was a miracle Shawn had part of the scene, from there on there's nothing more to do other than make your own assets. What are you trying to do specifically? The sky is only the stars and the moon. You can search for tutorials on YouTube to accomplish those, like this one:
