Hello, I'm now having a lot of trouble following the course because the shader editor should be wider on the screen. I can't see the whole shader tree. I sont see what is on top right at 8:59
The part you have circled isn’t something you need to replicate. The node wrangler is being used to view the result of the final mix shader (Shift +Control + left click node) bypassing the Principle shader. In older versions of Blender this collapsed node seems to be generated automatically but newer versions just divert straight into the Output node
This is a screenshot of the video. I'm not very comfortable with shader things. And unfortunately, it's too small for me on the video to keep up with the shader part. I think maybe I should stop there for this course and find a course on the Fundamentals of shaders
"The node wrangler is being used to view the result of the final mix shader (Shift +Control + left click node) bypassing the Principle shader." When i click shift ctrl left click on a node nothing is happening. Thats normal?
Ok thank you for the addon. I will choose other thing to do without shader process. I'll get to that later. Im a bit sad to be not able to do a cool render :S Anyway lets continue. NB sorry for the english; its not my language
well, we're not kidding^^ I fiddled with the shaders randomly and tried to make an image :p
