Hello everyone! I just completed my primitive exercise, I made a snowman, slapped some lights and materials on there and called it good. Also, I'm colorblind, so if the colors don't make sense, that's why lol. Below that is a project I started recently. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my progress so far, I look forward to learning more.
Primitive Exercise: Snowman Dude
Personal Project: Barrier From Call of Duty Zombies (Nacht Der Untoten)
Progress Update:
Just finished the 2nd chapter of the Fundamentals of 3D Mesh Modeling. Here is my Sci-Fi crate and some random "robot" I made lol.
Hello! This is my final render for the Fundamentals of 3D Mesh Modeling exercise. I was having a lot of fun, so I went a bit overkill. I'm quite pleased with my result. (This is my room in my apartment btw). Also I just submitted this, so as of now I have no idea if I passed, but I thought I'd post this to show progress.
I find it a very pleasing image. Well done Drew ππ»
The floor might be a bit dark....and some things look like they are the wrong (relative) size: for instance the keyboard (for typing) seems a bit small and the paper waste basket quite large.
But the overall picture looks great with nice warm colors.
Hello! After doing the Fundamentals of 3D Mesh Modeling course, I felt the need to challenge myself a bit and so I decided to make a pistol without tutorials. I mostly succeeded with my goal, here is the result. (It's based on various versions the Browning High Power)
You said something very important there "After quite a few drafts that went terribly". This is will always be the case and a lot of people quit not knowing it'll get better if you stick to it. Congrats on your milestone, the model turned out awesome and you leveled up a bunch π€πΌ
