Hey Kent. You're really comfortable at throwing people into something unrelated new, are you? Where's the connection to the fundamentals section before? Can't I just texture my manipulated Box for Christ's Sake? instead of having thrown the "Top Ten Texturing Methods" in my Face and being said deal with it? I'm paying money here. If I wanted to learn something not transferable I would ask youtube "how to make a cup in Blender".
