shading artifacts

No matter what I do, I can't get rid of this awful shade over the corner of the lips. I have already recalculated normals.
Will it represent an issue in the future or can I just yolo it?

    I think you can safely ignore that; it is caused by non-flat Quads and when these are going to be Subdivided later on, that will fix itself.

    I second that, not a thing to worry about. You can add a SubD modifier to see for yourself as it goes away.
