the ring i created is visible in rendered view but not visible when i rendered it ??
I'm having the same issue. It looks fine in the render preview but is just not there when you do the final render in Eevee. Makes no difference if I do it in Cycles - the ring still isn't there. Also - if I convert the ring to a mesh it WILL render. Hopefully that helps track down the issue.

That is not a helpful Screenshot; it just shows that the rings won't Render, but you already told us that 😉
If the rings do Render, when Converted to a Mesh, I am a bit at a loss...(Maybe it's a Driver issue?)
If you could post Screenshots of the Outliner, Shader Editor (rings selected!), Compositor...
Or even better, if you could upload your file to Dropbox, GoogleDrive, or so and post a link here, so we can try to solve this mystery, that would be great.

Thanks for providing the file!
It Renders fine in both Eevee and Cycles. This is Eevee:
I changed nothing, just pressed F12 to Render.
So, check your Graphics Driver! (You could also try a Render in Cycles on your CPU...)
Disable all third party Addons, that you might have.
You are right, that was the Mesh version of the rings...I forgot to check.
But, the Curve version Renders exactly the same. In both EEVEE (I have to get used to this new spelling) and Cycles.
