Whenever I make a loop cut and then try to scroll up with my mouse wheel to change the number of cuts, I get nothing. My mouse wheel does nothing. Is there a setting I need to change?
Are you using the Active Tool to make the Loop Cut, or the far superior CTRL+R?
The Active Tool doesn't use the scroll wheel to increase the number of cuts. See:
