I can add and delete notes (which is great), but I can't edit my notes. Is this a bug? I tried it with diifferents browers (Firefox, Google Chrome). No matter what I do, clicking on the pencil icon won't do anything. How do I solve this?
Would also be great if we could export those notes. :)

I'm talking about the Notes you can write for youself here on CGCookie. Right under the video player you have the options 'save this', 'mark as done/undone', 'course files' and 'notes'. So I'm talking about the notes funktion you can use directly here on cgcookie. :)
It really seems buggy, because I'm writing a lot of notes (often step to step guides for myself), and sometimes it doesn't even let me write 2 lines long notes. Then the attempt to save the notes is then somehow "blocked".
I think I have probably found the reasons for the problem:
CGCookie's built-in note-taking feature doesn't seem to allow German umlauts. I write my notes in German (but sometimes mix it with English). This is probably something that the platform operators of CGCookie have to fix themselves (it's probably not very complicated and can certainly be solved with a single line of code).
No it's not fixed yet, unfortunately. After the migration to Mavenseed, a lot of major bugs needed attention, as this one is not a site breaker it's lower on the to-do list.
That being the case, plus the small dev team also have major updates happening on Blender Market these types of bugs are noted but not a priority right now.
You can add more notes to the same lesson and delete notes.
I would suggest starting a new note, copy and paste the text from the first note, edit the new note and save it, then delete the first note.
It sounds like a chore, but it is only a matter of a few clicks.
