Well i didnt know i could do something like this so thought i would make one :)
my first ever sculpt unfortunately i didn't save my work and it was lost at this detail stage.
part of game devs fundamentals blender course work.
So i had to make do with a slight less enthusiastic version after all that work gone haha.
i then started to create models mainly low poly assets from the course work.
loved this low poly plane lesson had great fun with it, but shortly after this when animating i accidently deleted the nose cone and so couldn't go back to rotate the propellers ect which i would of liked to of done.
So i have completed the rocket course, the information stuck, i will defo becoming back for some more animation in the future, but for now more modelling as that is where i want to focus on the most for now.
Made a coffee cup in the lesson and made a saucer the saucer is to low poly and way to thin so i will make it again and again until its right.
yeah very thin having an issue with the plate thickness.
the only thing i cant get with is jon does not show you how its done after so that you can see the method
i modelled that using a cylinder, but thinking now perhaps i can do it in 2 parts and then work on sharp ect
course work, not allowed to use edit mode and only primitives exercise built a cat tree not the best but used snapping ect
Just completed the football, after many many many times of restarting lol! but got there in the end.
i feel i am still missing the imagination to create things, when thinking about using all primitives i couldn't find anything to model other than my cat tree, but i suppose that's mind set more than ability i hope lol.
After i finished this course i am going to have another crack at the saucer and football.
I am not happy with the results it feels like i rushed through the hard parts so not done yet.
