When I'm trying to pivot the unmasked it's not scaling properly.

what should I do?

Hello. Can you give a little more context? Share some screenshots, maybe even a video capture of your screen. It can be lots of possible solution since it can be lots of small settings that are giving you a headache.

    Hi hashneet hhash_not_hush ,

Most likely is, that you didn't Apply the Scale before going into Sculpt Mode, but a Screenshot would definitely help to troubleshoot your problem.

Hi MMartin could you help me with how to apply scale in object mode?

  • Martin Bergwerf replied

Sure, (go back with CTRL+Z to before the Scaling and) switch to Object Mode and then use the shortcut CTRL+A > Apply > Scale. Return to Sculpt Mode and try again.

I'm not sure if that's the only issue, looking at your screenshot, but I think it's at least part of the problem.

Ask again with a new screenshot after Applying the Scale if this didn't help.
