understanding

today I realized that you need to practice after each video. not at the end of the section. then I will understand everything

    Yeah, there's different approaches to learning. For example I like to first watch the entire course as if it was a movie, just sit down and see everything uninterrupted. Then I go at it a second time but only this time around is hands on, I watch to pause and practice.

    Both are great strategies. I find myself following along the first time, but I try to integrate what I learned into a project of my own as well.

    I'd say it's almost like everything is similar to learning how to use hotkeys.

    You find out "Hey this key-combo is really useful..." but you'll forget it unless you use it practically!
    So put yourself in situations to use what you just learned, and it'll stick in your head. :)

    ...and if it doesn't stick the first time, that's okay too. :)

    yes, in other courses I watched everything and then did the project. but in this course it is different. So he is difficult for me. After all, I want to understand a little physics and mathematics of shaders. To continue creating something new with full understanding.
