Loop Cut Problem

Hi,

I'm now following the muscle car course. I want to make a loop cut at the car side. In the tutorial video, I saw your loop cut is from the bottom edge of the car to the bottom of the window edge. But mine is from the center of the side car surface until the window edge only. My English is bad, hopefully the attach photo will help to explain my problem.
