Bevel look

Why my bevel looks like web , when i try to ad segments to it like in 13.00

    Hi Daniel,

    That might be because:

you didn't Apply the Scale of your Console (in Object Mode CTRL+A > Apply > Scale), or

your Console is a lot smaller than the size (Amount) of your Bevel:

I turned off the Bevel in the Viewport, because you wouldn't be able to see anything but a mess (webs) otherwise, but look at the numbers.

The size of your object in the viewport matters. So if you have an object that is 5 meters, that is going to influence the setting of your bevel, because the amount will be different that of an object that is 5 centimeters. The beveling amount will vary accordingly.

The scale is fine,  tried changing anything in console it didnt help
The issue was that i duplicated objects, instead of creating them, that caused this issue for some reason.
Also wanted to ask, how do you change the default size of spawned object?

If you say the scale is fine, do you mean that the Scale is (1, 1, 1) as it should be, or that the Dimensions are fine?

Duplicating Objects instead of creating them won't make Bevel problems (as far as I know). Although, without any screenshots or even a link to your .blend file, all we can do is guessing.

And you cannot change the default size of newly created objects, unless you dive into Blender's source code and change it there (which you may, of course).

What is that? Some unconnected pieces floating in the air:

...and I have honestly no idea, how you get from this, to anything that you might call 'webs' when Beveling.

You might want to start again from the beginning (or probably not want to, but it seems to me that that would be the best in this case).

Another thing, you have loads of so-called 'Double Vertices'.

If you select everything (in Edit Mode) and press M > Merge >  by Distance, you get this:

That might be causing 'webs'....but I'd still recommend starting over...(sorry).

Yeah, I think is a good idea if you started over Daniel. When things get too messy, it is always faster to start from the beginning, even though it sounds counter intuitive, it is faster in the end. Don't see it as a bad thing, just imagine it like in Mario when you run out of lives and you have to start from level one. You can try it as many times as you want and now you know the layout of the worlds so you run through them faster.
