I'm a little unclear as to what tool you are referring to, since I am not using one in the video.
If you are referring to the wooden rotary board on which the armature stands are standing in the video, this is called either a Lazy Susan, Turntable or Rotary Tray.
In case you are referring to what I am presenting in the video, they are called Armature Stands, as the title indicates.

They do ship outside the US if you live elsewhere, but if so, maybe you can find one made in your country so you can get it at a better price for you.

I Apologize for the misunderstanding, I was referring to the armature stand, because I didn't saw the title. My bad. I am from Italy. Hopefully I'll find them, otherwise I will buy from outside my country or make by my self. I will follow your course, is very helpful.
