how did you make the size of the camera screen bigger?
I'm not sure what you mean @INUMAKI TOGE ,
but when you are looking through the Camera (Numpad 0, to toggle), you can just use the scroll wheel of your mouse to zoom in or out.
I think you mean the render frame itself. That responds to the resolution here:
If you change that, the fame in the camera will change its size.
