Keying set failed to insert any keyframes

Around 2.37 you set a keyframe on "9"

When I try to insert a frame the above warning shows up. Why is that. I could set a frame if I moved it a bit but that is not how it is supposed to be done.... right?

thank you

That is probably because of the keying set you have. For example if I have the keying set to "available" and I have the auto keying enabled with "only active keying set", if I try to insert a rotation keykrame, it's not going to do it, because I don't have any keyframes for rotation available. I'd have to first insert rotation keyframes.

What's your set up? How do you have it? Can you share screenshots?

ahh this could be the reason. sharing a screenshot want help anymore.... no it works for some reason. But I'll keep an eye on that.

    Thank you for the hint
