I am watching courses on cg cookie since around the beginning of the month august. I've learnt a lot from watching the courses but I am still confused whether I am in the right direction or not. I have watched courses like the basics course, sculpting basics course, modelling basics course, press start course etc. I have watched almost all the basics courses[I think]but now I am confused what courses to watch next. I want to know what courses are suitable for beginner like me. cause i just pick some random course here and find it really hard to understand and that is kind of discouraging to further learn. can you provide me with a proper order of list of courses that are for beginners and are very important as well.
thank you.
Yeah I think this is one of the things that needs attention. I wouldn't mind if there was a tab somewhere in the website that organizes the courses from most easy and goes one by one upping the bar in difficulty. You watched number 1? Well next up is number 2, then the 3rd, then 4th and so on. It would take the guessing of where to go next out of the equation, just so people don't feel like you're now.
There is a guided playlist that can help out a bit with that. This is the fundamentals one, although you said you have watched most of them.

Then there's the one list that promises to take you further.
Also I'd say all of the live streams and Collabs are beginner level friendly in difficulty. You can watch those for sure:

What is the direction you want to go? Do you want to be a digital sculptor, a character artist, an animator, hard-surface modeler..all the above? There's infinite directions you can go within computer graphics. Only you can decide which direction is right for you.
If you can share more about you creative goals with Blender, we can certainly suggest a list of courses and/or playlists (as Omar mentioned above).
