VonBotts 3.0 Rig, Right Foot/Leg Not Connected to Rig. . .

Hi Wayne,

   Thank you for all your feedback!  I'm seeing an improvement in my animation, and a lot of it is due to your critiques.  Thank you for taking the time!


   I'm working on Stomp with the VonBotts 3.0 rig.  Most things seem to be working; however, the - bones? - for the right leg and foot of Stomp don't seem to be connected.  The left side is working. There are no longer proxies.  Instead I did Object->Relations->Make Library Override.


   I'll work on getting the rig hooked back up to the leg, but if there's anything you could suggest I'd appreciate it.

    If I'm not mistaken it's broken in the source file too.

    Rivet appears to be working properly though.

    I'm going to try downloading the source file again.  Maybe I did something to it.

    Solution

    I believe I found it.

    In pose mode if you open up the side panel by pressing N and look at the VonBott Properties, there's IK.

    On the left leg it was set to 1.0.

    On the right leg it was 0.0.


    I set both to 1.0 and now the right leg moves.

    Glad you got it solved Austin.

    That was my first thought.  Check the IK/FK settings.

    I will put it on my to-do list to adjust this and resave the source files.
