Unable to get a T-Pose

Hi @jlampel, after assigning the head bone, you hit apply and you get a T-Pose of the character in all green, but I am getting this in Unity 2020.2.1f1. 


What I have above matches with what you have up until you hit apply after assigning the head bone. I was wondering if you have have taken extra steps to get everything in green and in the T-pose. Could you give me any ideas on what I could do to fix this?

    Have you done the head?

    You may also need to do the hands.

    Then click apply.

    I used the Robot Blend file provided as part of the course and it didn't come with any head.

    The robot has no head, but the armature does have a head bone, JL does mention this in the lesson.

    It looks like setup process in Unity is slightly different now, but you can just assign the bones in the inspector like it looks like you've done already (plus the head bone as Adrian mentioned) and then choose Enforce T Pose in the pose dropdown:
