Grandfathered Subscription

I've been trying to upgrade my subscription in order to download the files for this tutorial but nothing has changed.

    Have you managed to upgrade your subscription yet?

    Can you be more specific on the problem you have, are you aware the only option is a yearly subscription?

    Have you managed to enter payment details?

    If you still need assistance, use the Help button on the right of the screen and select ask.

    I'm currently charged on a monthly basis using the Hobby Citizen subscription. When I click on Upgrade Plan, it takes me to my subscription page and shows me this as my status...

    Does that mean that my current plan will expire on the 14th this month and won't upgrade me until then? It didn't give me any other message than a congrats message.

    yyounggunz - apologies for the late reply.  That is correct. It looks like your current plan is set to expire on the 14th of June. The "Reactivate Subscription" link should attempt to reactivate the grandfathered Hobby Plan, though I believe that is not your intention to upgrade with downloads. Ideally, we'd have an "upgrade" or "switch" plan ability on this menu when a plan is in a canceled state. 

    If you'd like to upgrade to the Citizen-Standard plan we can certainly help out. The quickest way would be to email us to [email protected] referencing this thread. We'll need to fully remove this subscription, enabling you to snag a new one. 👍 If that's something you'd like to do, let us know at [email protected], and I'll also just subscribed to this thread here.
