I find it useful to watch a video through once, before opening Blender.
Then follow along while watching it through again.
The pause and rewind button I use quite frequently.
Also you can slow down the playback speed in the video settings if you need to.
Adrian gives great advice. I will often speed up repeated workflows to save time because attention spans are very limited with internet learning. But rest assured that all the techniques for the 3rd tree are taught earlier in that video.
