), i try to smooth it with the tools, but the dots are still there, how can i fix it? thanks a lot
Welcome to the CGC Community mmelaniechan! That dotted line looks like left over mask to me. In sculpt mode try the ALT + M hotkey to clear the mask and see if it goes away/becomes sculpt-able again.
mmelaniechan, it looks like it maybe left over from the bottom corner of the triangular mask on the cheek.
