Primitive Meshes exercise?

Trying to do a low-poly room though my decorative fans on the armrests might be too high in polygons.
shegeek The overall topology on the couch is fine except for the armrests because they're triangular instead of quads. Tris causes pitching and artifact where the edges are not in flow with quads.
Thank you. I thought about making them stretched quads, but It kept blowing up the bevel, so I gave up. I need to find a work around.
shegeek Can you screenshot the couch again in wireframe mode so I can get a look at its geometries?
